The BMC (Building Maintenance Crew)

The BMC gathers on the first Monday of each month at 8:30 a.m. to work on maintenance projects around the church. The BMC would love to have more people join the team!

Bunco Night

On the third Friday of the month @ 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall. $2 to play and bring a snack (one per group or family) to share. The ticket price includes drinks and prizes!

I Care Breakfast Group

The group meets on Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. at Maggie’s on Meeker.  

Join the Peace by Piece Quilt Guild

The Peace by Piece Quilt Guild is celebrating 25 Years of Quilting and Fellowship.

Twenty-five years ago this fall, the Peace by Piece Quilt Guild began meeting. It was one of many church groups formed at the suggestion of our pastor, Dr. Larry Speicher. The charter members of the group were Polly Bigelow, Edith Hall, Celeste Harnish, Susan Kimmie, and Janice Moen. Since then, the group has grown to 24 members.

The group meets monthly and has special demonstrations, programs, and projects at regular meetings and on other days when more time is needed. We’ve also met just to sew together and join in conversation.

Several members from outside our church community have attended and, like our Methodist members, have been generous with their time, talents, and contributions. Each year, the guild holds a Christmas Bazaar, which has been popular with the congregation. Much of the income from this event is shared with the church and community. This year, we have welcomed three new members. If you’d like to join the guild or have questions about us, contact.

We meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m. We will meet at noon in December.
