KUMC Kids In Ministry and Mission
Children's opportunities to live What they're learning
- Fall Food Drive: Bring canned and other non-perishable goods to Sunday school during November.
- Mission Project: Learn about other countries and earn
money to help children in other lands through Heifer Project or UM-sponsored
missions.
- Special Sunday school class-chosen projects throughout the year
- 3 year-olds serve snack to nursery kids during church.
- 5th/6th graders correspond with Noella, our “adopted” child in Africa.
- All classes make cards for shut-ins, college students, and others in our
congregation with special needs.
- Special in-class projects to raise money for our missions, including
annual Bake and Craft sale.
