PARENTING CHILDREN WITH LOVE
AND LOGIC with Dr. Alisa Murray.
Monday nights beginning September 17 – October 29
(class will not meet October 8) from 6:30pm -8:00pm in Room 22. This 6-week
DVD-based class for parents of children aged
2 – 8 years old will help you achieve healthy, respectful
relationships with your children, avoiding power struggles while lovingly
setting limits and teaching your children to be responsible. Led by psychologist
and KUMC member Dr. Alisa Murray, each session includes DVD instruction from
Love and Logic founders Jim Fay and Foster W. Cline, M.D., along with discussion
and time to address issues of particular interest to the class members.

PARENTING TEENS WITH LOVE AND
LOGIC with Dr. Ron DeVries.
1st and 3rd Sundays monthly,
6:00pm – 8:00pm, Room 22.
Learn to prepare your pre-teens and teens for the
real world using Love and Logic.
Love: Giving
children opportunities to be responsible and empowering them to make their own
decisions.
Logic:
Allowing children to live with the natural consequences of their mistakes—and
showing empathy for the pain, disappointment and frustration they’ll experience.
Based on the popular books by
Foster Cline, M.D. and Jim Fay.
