Reconciling Fellowship
Reconciling Fellowship meets on the second Sunday of the month at 12:30pm in room 18-19.
The Reconciling Fellowship of Kent United Methodist Church, following Christ’s example, believes all individuals are of sacred worth and have gifts and talents to offer, regardless of gender, race, age, sexual orientation or marital status.
Our purpose is to promote an open, inclusive and non-judgmental congregation to ensure that all feel welcome at KUMC. We study, educate and provide opportunities for discussions on related issues throughout the year. To symbolize our commitment, we wear rainbow ribbons symbolizing Christ’s example of inclusive ministry and encourage others to wear the rainbow ribbons, especially on Communion Sundays, the first Sunday of every month.
